1. 배경 및 개요
ㅇ 몬트리올 협약상 운송인 책임한도액 인상 조정 (SDR 22 → 26) 에 따른 당사 국제화물운송약관 관련 조항 개정

2. 국제화물운송약관 개정 내용
ㅇ ICAO의 운송인 책임한도액 인상건 반영하여 국제화물운송약관의 화물 파손/분실/지연 및 손상에 대한 제주항공 책임한도 조정
- 개정 내용 : 당사 책임한도액 킬로그램당 22 SDR → '몬트리올협약' 기준 SDR 로 조정

3. 개정 약관 적용 일자 : 2024년 12월 28일 부

1. Overview
ㅇRevisions to related provisions of General Conditions of Carriage for International Cargo according to
the Montreal Convention's adjustment of carrier's liability limit increase (from 22 SDR to 26 SDR)

2. Revision details
ㅇ Adjust the liability limit for cargo damage / loss / delay in the General Conditions of Carriage for
International Cargo, reflecting the increase of IATA carrier limit.
- Adjust the liability limit of 7C from 22 SDR to the limit based on the Montreal Convention's.

3. Effective date : As of December 28, 2024
